Lightning Service
From the moment you make your reservation, the Lightning Taxi "system of threes" goes into effect. A trio of alerts gives the driver three electronic notifications of your reservation starting three hours before your pick-up time. In addition, there are three manual calendars, one in the office, one in the car, and one in the driver's pocket. There is nothing more important to us than your 4 a.m. ride.
​Airport Pick-Up

Just give us your flight number and we'll be there when you arrive. You won't have to worry about it. We'll know when you land, no matter how late the airline is. No extra charge, no BS, we'll be there, patiently waiting at the cab stand.
Airport Drop-Off

Our clients' airport transportation is our primary mission. That's our specialty. We'll be there on time, every time. We'll know the traffic and road conditions. We'll have all the room you need for your luggage AND your spouse's.
Package Delivery

We are happy to pick-up your item at the local freight terminal and bring it to you or pick up your business package and bring it to a carrier. Call for a quote.
Contract Services

Flying in every week? Once a month?
Once a year? No worries...
We offer discounted rates for regular clients, in addition to direct billing.

Hourly Tours
​
Discounted rates are always available for driving tours of the Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, University of Tennessee, the Greater Knoxville area, or anyplace you want to see and visit. Our drivers are locals who know the area's rich history.
​Out of Town

No additional charge for pick-ups or drop-offs out of town. In fact, we offer a 20% discount for reservations going further than 70 miles to or from the Knoxville airport.
